I just wanted to throw up a few quick photos of Tatsuya. We had a photographer take some pics this week and I've received a couple of them so far and thought some of you might want to see them. I'll add the upstairs pics when I get them. Hope you like 'em!

After having visited the place in person, I was very impressed with what you have done with the place.
Prime location, decoration and atmosphere all work together to create a sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience. The menu is top-notch and the service is warm and friendly.
Add to that the great cocktails (best Long Island Iced Tea this side of the equator:-) and Chris' great hostmanship and you know this is going to be a winner.
Heavily recommended !

This is jazztech, and I accidently ran across your site just opening up links from Aku Tygers site.You are obviously a success in Floripa and I gotta ask, how is your portuguese? And how did you get through all the Brasilian legalease to open your buisness? Brasilians are notorious for upping the price because they found out you are a gringo.
Portuguese is coming along fine. It definitely takes work but that's part of the fun! As for the difficulty of opening a business, I have a Brazilian partner. The business is in her name and I created a separate partnership agreement in an effort to try to keep it simple...
